Foley catheter
This is a Foley catheter, a flexible tube that passes through the urethra and into the bladder. It stays in place by inflating the small balloon once past the opening of the bladder.
The tube of a Foley catheter has two separate channels running down its length. A channel is open at both ends and allows urine to flow out. The other channel has a valve at the outer end and connects to a balloon at the end; the balloon is inflated with sterile water (preferred) or simple air, when it is inside the bladder, in order to prevent it from slipping.
The act of insertion into your submissive's penis is of course already quite cumbersome, since the inside of the urethra is densely packed with nerve endings. But the real trip is the total loss of control over your piss and your ability to hold it in.

Security procedures
Playing with catheters is a serious game that requires safety procedures: sterility being the main one. A urinary or bladder infection is something you definitely don't want.
- These catheters are individually wrapped sterile and disposable. Never reuse them.
- Play hygienically and as sterile as possible (wash first with disinfectant soap, clean the penis with sterilizing alcohol and always use surgical gloves).
- Use only 100% sterile lubricant, IEM recommends KY lubricant, available here.
- Thumb rule: when it really starts to hurt = STOP.
